Whose policy is this?

Quote requests submitted on this site are handled by Charter Jet One, the air charter broker that operates Jet Deal Finder. “We” and “us” below refer to Charter Jet One working on behalf of Jet Deal Finder.

What do you collect when I ask for a deal?

Only what you type in, plus where you came from. That means your name, email address and phone number; your trip, including airports, dates, flexibility, passengers and notes; and the referring page and any campaign tags (for example utm_campaign) on the link that brought you here.

We never ask for card numbers or passport scans on this website.

What do you do with it?

Your details let us look for aircraft, empty legs and quieter dates that fit the trip, send you the options, and arrange the flight if you book. Tick the offers box and we may also email deals on other routes now and then; one reply is enough to stop them.

Does anyone else see my details?

The operator who would fly you gets the trip and passenger information it needs. So do the companies that help us run the service, like our email and hosting providers, and any ground transport or catering company you ask us to involve, each limited to its part of the job. Your information is never sold, rented or handed to advertisers.

How long do you keep it?

For as long as it takes to answer your request and, if you fly, for as long as tax, accounting and legal record-keeping rules demand. Offer emails stop when you say so. After that, details are deleted or stripped of anything that identifies you.

Can I see, fix or delete my information?

Yes. Write back to any message from us, or put a short note in a new quote request, saying whether you want a copy, a correction or a deletion. We may confirm it is really you before acting, and a few records may have to stay where the law says so.

Cookies?

Only those strictly needed for the site to work. There are no analytics, ad networks or tracking tools here.

Children

Jet Deal Finder is for adults planning trips, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16. When children fly, their details come from the parent or guardian making the booking.

Keeping it safe

Requests are sent encrypted, and access is limited to the people working on your trip.

If this policy changes

We will post the new version here and change the date at the top. Information you gave us earlier stays under the terms it was collected under, unless you agree otherwise.
