Terms of use
Plain-English terms for using this site and requesting quotes or alerts.
These terms take effect on 9 October 2026.
The basics
Jet Deal Finder is run by Charter Jet One, an air charter broker. By browsing this site or sending a quote or deal-alert request, you agree to the terms on this page.
Who actually flies you
Jet Deal Finder is an air charter broker and is not a direct air carrier. We do not own or operate aircraft; every flight is operated by an FAA Part 135 (or foreign equivalent) direct air carrier in operational control of the aircraft. The carrier for your flight is named in your quote and in the charter agreement, before you commit.
Prices and figures are guides
Deal examples, discounts, seasonal patterns, prices, flight times and aircraft figures on this site are general guides and estimates. They change with the date, the aircraft and the market, and none of them is an offer for a particular flight.
How a quote becomes a booking
- Quotes and deal alerts commit neither of us. A trip is booked only when you sign a charter agreement, which names the operating carrier and the aircraft.
- Everything is subject to the operator confirming availability. Until the agreement is signed and paid as it sets out, a quoted aircraft may be booked by someone else.
- Safety, weather, crew rest rules and airport limits can change plans. The operator decides, and the captain has final authority on the day.
Empty legs come with conditions
An empty leg exists because of someone else’s trip. If that trip moves or is cancelled, the empty leg can move or be cancelled too, and your agreement explains what happens in that case, including any refund.
Taxes and fees
We quote all-in. Prices include the taxes and fees that apply to the trip as quoted, such as federal excise tax and segment fees on US domestic flights and international charges abroad. Costs that depend on the day, like de-icing or extra waiting time, are explained up front and billed under the agreement.
Changes and cancellations
The charter agreement for your trip sets the rules, including any fees and deadlines for changing or cancelling.
Your part
Please give us correct details, make sure every traveler has the right documents for the trip, and follow the operator’s rules on bags, pets, restricted items and behavior on board.
Limits on our liability
So far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses linked to this site, or for acts and omissions of operators, airports and other third parties. On any booking, the most we can be liable for is what you paid us for it. Liability that the law does not let us limit is unaffected.
Fair use
This site is for planning and requesting private flights for you, your family or your company. Please do not interfere with it, misuse it or submit requests for others without their say-so. Our words, design and images may not be reused commercially.
Law and courts
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of New York, and disputes go to the courts that have jurisdiction there, subject to any consumer rights you cannot give up where you live.
Updates
When we update these terms, the date at the top changes. The version in place when you sign a charter agreement is the one that applies to that trip.
